3. Payment Methods

  • The payment will be proceeded using PayPal; No PayPal account is required.

  • Official receipt will be sent by the Conference Secretariat within the next five (5) business days upon successful payment.
  • After the payment, please send the payment slid to Secretariat (info@edtm2025.com) with the Registration number and Registrant’s name on the email title.
  • The official receipt will be sent in five business days once the payment has been confirmed.

4. No-Shows

Any accepted paper included in the final program must be presented at the IEEE EDTM 2025 conference by at least one author (or a qualified proxy). Papers that are not presented (“no-shows”) will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but they will still appear in the on-site electronic proceedings.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the IEEE EDTM 2025 Secretariat in writing by emailing info@edtm2025.com. All associated bank service charges are the responsibility of the registrant.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees will apply based on the date the Secretariat receives your cancellation notification. If you choose to receive your refund via bank transfer, the applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
